Yes, we administer a third-party content insurance on all of our rental units that’s automatically added during booking. Hopefully you’ll probably never need it, but it’s always better to be safe.
If you prepay for multiple months and move out early, we’ll refund any full unused months. Any other refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a $50 admin fee.
Yes. For safety, legality, and common sense, there are restrictions. You can’t store anything flammable, explosive, perishable, alive, or otherwise dangerous. That means no food, no propane tanks, no live animals, no fireworks, no oil, and no firearms. Hazardous materials of any kind, including toxic substances, liquid or industrial waste, radioactive materials, or anything that pollutes are strictly prohibited.
And lastly, units can’t be used as living space, a business office, or a hangout spot. No loitering, shipping, or “man cave” conversions allowed.

In Niagara Falls, units start at 5x5 and go all the way up to 12x40, including trade and RV spaces. Our upcoming St. Catharines and Fort Erie sites will range from 5x5 up to 10x25. Climate-controlled units are both heated and cooled to stay between 15 and 24 degrees year-round: great for furniture, electronics, or anything that hates Niagara humidity. A round disk lock is required. It’s more secure than a padlock and harder to cut through. You can use your own, or we sell them on-site. Consider it the “Fort Knox” of storage locks.
